Early Education and Care, Inc. is part of the statewide Child
Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) Network which is funded through
the Early
Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida and AWI/Office
of Early Learning. The CCR&R Network maintains the only
comprehensive statewide database of child care, school readiness
and school age programs.
Early Education and Care, Inc. maintains this database for Bay,
Calhoun, Franklin, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington county.
All legally operating programs are in our database. It is important
to keep information up-to-date in our database because this
is the information parents see when we give them referral listings.
We collect such information as curriculum, hours of operation,
rates, additional services, etc. We periodically contact programs
to ensure the information we have is current, however, you are
able to update your information with us at anytime. To update
your information, please complete the Provider Update Form below
and return to our office. If you would like to see the information
we currently have on your program, please call our office at
(850) 872-7550 or (800) 768-8316 and ask for the CCR&R Family Specialist.
There are no charges/fees associated with a provider listing
in the Resource & Referral Database or for referrals to your
program. If you are asked to provide a payment for a referral
or listing in the Resource & Referral Database, please call
the Agency for Workforce Innovation-Office of Early Learning
Resource & Referral Network at 1-866-357-3239

What are Resource & Referral Services?
Resource & Referral is a FREE service to the community which
offers information and referral services to all families who
are:
- Seeking quality early learning programs
- Seeking school-age programs and/or summer programs
- Looking for work/family solutions
- Interested in Voluntary Prekindergarten
- Needing assistance finding additional community resources
Early Education and Care, Inc. will provide families with computer
generated listings of legally operating programs, which meet the
needs of both parent and child. We match programs with family
needs and give detailed information about individual programs
in the form of referrals to use to contact and visit program sites.
We do not license, endorse, or recommend any particular program
or type of program. It is suggested that parents visit several
programs to determine which one best serves the needs of their
family. Early Education and Care, Inc. will also provide families
the tools they need in finding and maintaining quality, affordable
and accessible programs.
