The T.L.C. Program is designed to work in conjunction with Bay Medical Center, Gulf Coast Community Hospital, and other local area social service programs to provide services to families from all walks of life in our community.

This unique program features an initial contact in the hospital setting with ALL new parents, at the time of their child's birth.

Services may consist of initial training in basic care of the infant, appropriate stimulation, nurturing, and other activities to encourage and promote optimum brain development during the first three years of life, the critical developmental years.
